Travel Physical Therapist Jobs description
A travel physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy to patients. Specific duties of a travel physical therapist include evaluation and treatment of patients according to physician\'s directions, developing treatment plans, supervising physical therapy assistants, reviewing and re-evaluation of patient progress, communicating changes in patient status and making appropriate changes in the treatment methodology, ensuring that the equipments and the exam room are neat, being accessible to patients, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with patients and performing other tasks as required. A travel physical therapist typically reports to the medical officer.A travel physical therapist should have a bachelor\'s degree in physiotherapy or a similar area. Excellent academic credentials are essential. Prior experience working as travel physical therapist is desirable. Some organizations may refer to a travel physical therapist position as a travel physiotherapist position.
