Position Summary and Job Responsibilities
 
Provides leadership for service staff ensuring the quality and integrity of care delivered. Develops plan of care service line based upon RN assessment | re-assessment. Is responsible for fiscal and human resource allocation based upon guidelines. Instrumental in outcome based goals that incorporate empirical research.
 
* Management experience required.
* Experience with Orthopedic patients  - Preferred
*Must have experience in the specific specialty providing leadership | management.
* Must have working knowledge of overall general Orthopedics service in order to have organizational value.
* Approximately 100% inside work.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BSN - Required
TX RN or Compact State Licensure - Required
BLS - Required
ACLS - Required within 12 months of hire.
