This role may provide care to various patient populations including pediatric,
adolescent, adult and geriatrics.  Care provided is based on defined
standards of patient care and physical therapy practice.

','!*!Current Physical Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. CPR Certification (American Heart Association) required.
One year related experience preferred
