Facility directors manage the rehabilitation facility where physical therapists work with their patients. The facility can provide physical therapy services to patients recovering from orthopedic, sports–related, and neurological illness and injury. Beyond directing the facility, the director might have duties to market therapy services to physicians, case managers, and the community as well as to grow the clinic. Directors oversee procurement of supplies and equipment, hire and fire rehabilitation workers, oversee the patients' schedules along with daily and weekly reports on patients' progress, and oversee any other activities at the rehabilitation center as necessary.

Are you a physical therapist and feel like you need a change? You like the job you do; it is fulfilling to help others, but the challenge is gone. Maybe you want a new experience, but working with people and helping them gives great satisfaction. The jobs available in physical therapy can vary.
